The answer above may be true and rank the most gay friendly cruise ship operators.
The fact of the matter is though; it is not as easy to choose which ship you get on, and you will most likely be applying for a lot of companies and taking what you can get.
You need not worry about gay friendly cruises as it wont be a problem at all. Cruise ship could possibly be the most diverse work environments you can find for ethnicity, religion and sexual preferences you can find.
To my knowledge, i don’t think there are any exclusively gay cruise ships (for crew anyway). I think this would be highly illegal. Imagine if an operator ran a ship with an exclusively straight workforce. It wouldn’t be allowed to happen.
However, there might be an operator that runs gay cruises for passenger. I know of cruises that have been aimed at this market, but not exclusively all year round.
