Help with job search in UK (or elsewhere in Europe)?

I am currently looking to work in the UK (or Ireland or Europe….) and am wondering if anyone has advice on websites to look at. I am on gap year before university so am looking mostly at hotel (or hospitality) live-in jobs.

I use http://searchuk.uk2u.co.uk/ and filter the searches down from there, much easier than the rest of the UK job searches
