How does an american find a structural engineering job in Europe?

I have recently graduated from college with a structural engineering degree and I would love to work in almost an country in Europe. I have heard that It is hard for an American to find a job, however. I really just don’t know where to start. Searching online hardly ever helps…anyone have any good resources on where to find a job like this?
